WPDC PHOTO DAY FORM
It’s that time of year again! Here is the Photo Registration form for WPDC Dancers! We are doing this a little different this year to keep Photo Day Running quickly and smoothly!
All WPDC dancers MUST be registered and paid for via this LINK before Photo Day on March 30th, 2025! Dancers will then do a quick check in day-of to get pictures taken via a Scan Code and Name Card! When filling out the Registration form, PLEASE check for any typos etc. to keep me organized when sending albums out!
Cards ONLY this year for payment tracking via this payment form!
